Hey everyone! It’s been a minute (okay, over a month 😅) since we’ve posted on the page, but we are back with an update!

August weather definitely kept us on our toes. Between crazy humidity one day, random downpours the next, and nearly 6 inches of rain throughout the month, dodging raindrops has turned into an official construction skill. ☀️⛈️ Outdoor build days don't always go strictly to plan, but we take every curveball in stride.

Despite Mother Nature’s best efforts, we’re moving right along with this addition in Stone Creek! The foundation and waterproofing are done, and the floor joists and subflooring are officially locked in.

Next up: the walls are going up! It’s about to start looking like real living space very fast.

Another project in the books! 🔨 We just wrapped up this chimney repair over in the Pacific Meadows neighborhood.

Water damage had taken a toll on this chimney, so we completely replaced all three sides to restore its structural integrity and look. To top it off, we did a custom color match to ensure it blends seamlessly with the rest of the home's siding.

🥇 We are officially Class C Licensed! This means we’re expanding our horizons and diving into even bigger, structural projects (including some exciting additions, stay tuned!).

It’s almost 3 PM and the weekend is in sight, but the Bell Contracting crew is pushing hard through the home stretch! We are currently over in Stone Creek wrapping up a busy day.

2 jobs being wrapped up and officially checked off the completion list.

1 final task being wrapped up before we break ground on an exiting project in Stone Creek (stay tuned 👀).

1 morning appointment down, with our final appointment of the day happening this afternoon.

It has been a non-stop Friday, but there is nothing better than watching transformations and seeing our customers happy!
