Big things are happening at Anchor. 🚧

Today we started remodeling our new office, and while it may not look like much yet, we can already see the vision coming together.

This space is being built to better serve our customers, support our team, and continue growing throughout Southern Maryland.

Stay tuned for the transformation - we’ll be sharing the after photos soon. And once we’re settled in, we’ll open the doors and invite everyone to come by, hang out, and check it out for yourselves.

Last night's storm chose violence.

Trees are in roofs. Branches are in gutters. Patio furniture is halfway to Delaware. And somewhere, someone's trash can is enjoying a brand new neighborhood.

Our team is already out helping homeowners assess damage, install emergency protection where needed, and figure out the next steps. No pressure, no sales pitch - just making sure people have good information and a plan.

We've always believed that being a local contractor means more than just putting on roofs. It means showing up when your community needs help.

Days like today are a reminder of why we chose our slogan.

Fresh roof just in time for graduation season 🎓⚓️

We’re a transparent roofing company (shocking, we know) so it’s only fair we warn you now:

Maybe wait until AFTER the graduation party to have Anchor replace your roof.

Because once that new roof goes on, there is approximately a 0% chance people will be talking about the graduate.

Dad’s outside showing people the (properly installed) drip edge.
Neighbor’s asking what shingle color that is.
Uncle Steve’s suddenly a ventilation expert.
Somebody’s grandma is saying “wow that really changed the whole house.”

Next thing you know the burgers are cold and the entire party is standing in the driveway staring at the roof.

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country. 🇺🇸

As a veteran-owned company, this day means more than just the start of summer ... it’s a reminder of the sacrifice made by so many families for the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Guysssss… we’ve been trying to tell you. 👏

Siding color selection can completely transform a home.

This house went from dark and dated to clean, warm, and timeless with a more natural siding tone and fresh white trim.

And the best part? This was completed through an insurance restoration claim, which helped keep the homeowner’s out-of-pocket cost very low.

A lot of homeowners don’t realize that when storm damage repairs are already being made, it can also be a chance to update the look and feel of their home in the process.
