Windows went in at Lot 81, bringing the Scandavian-inspired design to life.

The details started to come together at Martingale.

Framing progress at Pinehurst, including extra LSLs for long, straight walls.

Ken broke ground on the ADU conversion at Mariposa Farm.

Problem solving Pinehurst indoor/outdoor double fireplace.

Cabinet walkthrough and final details at Lot 81.

Major groundwork underway at newest project, Remarkable Dr.

Plenty of hours spent as a team bringing our clients’ vision to life.

Before this house could go up, we had to go way down.

Our newer project, Remarkable Dr, has been all about the groundwork lately. Rock, concrete, waterproofing, plumbing and a seriously overbuilt foundation designed to keep everything exactly where it belongs.

A lot of work for the part of the house you’ll eventually never see.

Something that makes this home so special is how much of a family effort it was from start to finish.

Everyone shared the same vision and stayed on the same page throughout the entire build, which made the process feel really collaborative and the finished home feel that much more personal.
