⚡️ PETRA | PHASE ONE MULTI-HOME COMMUNITY⚡️
Our Bright Services team has been hard at work on Petra, a large-scale multi-home community that is currently making its way through Phase One, with completion expected by the end of the year.
Phase One includes 55 independent cottages, multiple apartment-style “Flats,” and five different townhome buildings, creating a diverse community designed around both independent living and shared spaces.
Beyond the homes themselves, Petra features an extensive collection of community amenities, including an amenity building with a full kitchen, large gym room, individual workroom offices, and a community office for the property. Residents will also have access to outdoor fire pits and a BBQ grill station, along with a dedicated secure mail building featuring parcel lockers.
Since the project began last fall, 15–20 Bright Services electricians have been working on site, bringing the electrical scope of this large community to life one building at a time.
And this is just Phase One, with a second phase to follow, Petra is a project our team will be working through for years to come.
