What do you cook when you are trying to eat more healthy?
Wraps - shredded zucchini, 2 eggs, grated cheese. Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure it is a thin layer and cook at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. You want thin and crisp.
Heat rotisserie shredded chicken with Salsa Verde and Tony’s seasoning. Add your favorite salad (I used a bagged kale salad and I added avocado and cucumber.) Gently roll meat and salad in zucchini wrap and enjoy! Full of delicious flavor and nutrition.
