As we head into fall, spider activity around homes increases significantly. This year, Mason Exterminating is putting extra focus on the areas where spiders actually live, build webs and enter your home.
During our fall pest-control visits, our technicians will be spending additional time on the exterior of your home, including:
• Removing accessible spider webs and egg sacs
• Treating around soffits, eaves, porches and exterior lights
• Focusing on windows, doors and garage areas
• Treating cracks, gaps and common spider harborage areas where appropriate
• Applying a professional exterior perimeter treatment for spiders and other fall-invading pests
**Why the extra focus outside?**
For most of our established customers, regular preventative service means there should be little to no pest activity occurring inside the home. That's exactly what we want to see!
When there isn't an active interior pest problem, we believe your allotted service time is better spent outside — where most pest problems begin.
Rather than routinely treating interior areas that aren't experiencing pest activity, our technicians can use that additional time to remove webs, locate pest harborage, treat entry points and build a stronger line of defense around your home.
There's another benefit: if everything is quiet inside, there's no need to rearrange your day just to meet our technician. We can perform a thorough exterior preventative service while you get on with your day.
**It's a win-win: more technician time spent where pest pressure is greatest and less disruption to your schedule.**
