They called us out for an inspection after they noticed water near the baseboards in their water furnace room. In hind sight, it was their bathroom shower pan allowing water to get back behind the wall. Thankfully we caught it in time before it caused serious damage. 2x4 seal plate was rotted out and insulation was soaked.💧 🚱

PSA: Prior to our replacement, this roof had box vents and ridge vents… a big “no no” in the roofing industry. You should only have one attic ventilation system. If you have two, they are working against each other - counterintuitive. Give us a call so we can fix it🚨
