Completed a big siding job a few weeks ago. All new windows, garage doors with openers, soffit and fascia, window wraps, porch ceiling soffits and beam wraps, and new smart siding. Thankful for the work and appreciate the customers for their patience’s on such a big job.

I finished up a complete kitchen remodel this week. This was a complete change along with taking out the back porch, leveling the floor, and leveling up the ceiling. Quite a change and couldn’t have done it without the ones that helped me out! Along with reworking the entire kitchen I also installed new flooring in the kitchen and throughout the rest of the house other than in the bedrooms. It was a large project and I sure do appreciate the customers that let me do this job. There patients and understanding as I worked on this project was amazing. Thank you!!

I completed another bathroom remodel several weeks ago. Here are a few before and after pictures. Thanks to Watts and Sons that did the plumbing work. And a big thank you to the homeowners for letting me do this project for them. I appreciate it greatly!

Completed a little soffit and fascia job this week. Sure beats painting and cleaned up the look on the house.

Finished up the fencing and drainage issues at the shop. Thanks to the help of Brummer Construction who did the concrete, set the post and did the dirt and rock work.

Help needed: Looking for a subcontractor to fill a general construction position. Prior experience or basic knowledge of construction is required. Salary will be based on experience. Individual must also carry their own subcontractor liability insurance. Position offers 40+ hours per week, year-round offering a variety of different opportunities to work on job sites and homeowner projects. Individual will be expected to work alongside me to complete each project. Duties could range from framing, drywalling and finishing, painting, installing: flooring, windows, doors, cabinets, and trim work. As well as a multitude of other duties. The main objective would be working on completing projects from start to finish while only subcontracting out the electrical, plumbing, and concrete work. Job will be based in Beloit with occasional job sites in surrounding areas. If interested and qualified please contact me.
