16x 20 with a 10x10 bump out and 9ft walls. Stateline did everything concrete, the build, drywall, insulation, electrical, heater, and installed a dust collector for the shop. This build was in Rockton.

I hope everyone is having an amazing Thursday. I just want to update everyone on a policy change. Moving forward, first estimate is free and any additional quotes after that will be $50 per quote. This is mainly for requotes and not if you're requesting additional services. Due to labor shortages, I'm spending a lot more time on site. Requotes take a lot of my personal time. As most of my customers know, my quotes are done on nights and weekends, I'm on the jobsite most days, I do all the accounting, I do all the quotes, I'm a single father, and my son is in about 10 sports 🤣. I have zero free time. If you're waiting around for prices to drop, they aren't. Yes lumber prices dropped but everything else has gone up. I will not start on the next quote until the $50 is paid. I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend.
