🎓 Celebrating Achievement and Opportunity 🎓

On Tuesday evening, HighPoint Founder/CEO - Jerry Cardinal, had the honor of serving as the commencement speaker at the adult graduation ceremony for the West Michigan Construction Institute.

During his remarks, Jerry shared a powerful reminder that nearly every facet of our daily lives has been touched by the construction industry in some way. From the vehicles we drive and the facilities where they're manufactured, to the hospitals where our children are born, the roads we travel, and the buildings where we work, learn, and gather—construction plays a vital role in shaping the world around us.

He encouraged graduates to take pride in the important work they do and the lasting impact they will have on their communities for years to come.

We'd also like to extend a special congratulations to our own Caden Tufts on his graduation! 👏 Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to your apprenticeship have paid off, and we're incredibly proud to have you on the HighPoint team.

Congratulations, Caden, and congratulations to all of this year's graduates. The future of the skilled trades is bright, and we're excited to see what you'll build next.

🎳 Throwback Thursday 🎳

Two weeks ago, we traded in the jobsites and laptops for bowling shoes and pizza boxes at our HighPoint Family Bowling Party at Sparta Lanes — and it was a great reminder that some of the best parts of HighPoint happen outside of work. 🧡

From gutter balls and strikes to arcade games, pizza, and plenty of laughs, it was an awesome night spent with the people who make HighPoint what it is — our employees and their families.

We’re grateful for a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have a little fun together too. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a great evening! 🎳🍕🧡
