Wrapping it up here in Somerville. Working on this very unique project was a lot of fun. This custom stair case with glass railings adds an open feel to this 3rd floor office and library. With the addition of these electric sky lights adding a great deal of natural light, spaces like these are great places to work from home. 🔨

There was an emergency situation where this duplex home had a sewer line break. Today we began by excavating the floor and finding the pipe. After discovering that the pipe travels under several walls, we decided to expose as much of the pipe as we could while also creating a new path for a replacement pipe. We’re going to take as much of the old pipe out as we can, end the old line by capping it and run a new line. It’s not always glamorous work but it’s always approached with 100% effort. We also have our on going custom library job as well as our structural veterinary clinic job.🔨
