We love our evergreen trees in Washington! That's why Mad Marmot Mills helped us mill up all the trees that had to be taken down on our Parkstone project, which was a 6 month affair. Those logs became everything from siding, to posts & beams, to stairs on our project! Being able to repurpose the lumber means the trees didn't have to come down for nothing.

Version 2.0 of the iconic Bellingham Power House we built back in 2015, Parkstone is co-owner Ted Clifton's home. He took all the great attributes of the previous home and all the things we've learned since then, plus more, and turned it into this amazing future-proofed family home with potential ADU.

Net metering.
It's been a big topic the past year in Washington.
While the state figures out where it stands with net metering, it is still available for new solar arrays.
According to PSE that means "If you produce more energy than you use within a given bill period, PSE banks the extra net metering credit. Your banked credit will automatically offset energy charges in future bill periods."
