‼️ It's official, we are now going by just "Legend Homes" and dropping the "TC".

When the company first started, it was just Ted Clifton Jr running the show (hence the "TC"), however 7 years ago Norman DesRosiers became a co-owner and we thought it was about time to reflect that equal partnership.

Legend Homes upholds its name as Legendary because of all the people, past and present, who have worked for and nurtured the company, and all the clients who have aspired and innovated with us along the way.

Here's to a new era for our Legend(ary) crew! 🍻

We're in the final phases of our Ferndale project!

One of the ways our clients are able to make building more affordable is to put sweat equity into the house. This client happens to be an electrician, so they did their own electrical rough-in and trim-out. They also have a family member who is a professional tiler that is working on the bathroom tile, and it's looking fantastic!
