Meet Josh D🌳

Josh has been part of Charron Tree Service on and off for about six years, building experience across just about every corner of the company. Whether he’s out with a crew or in the garage, Josh is always ready to jump in and help wherever he’s needed.

One of his favorite roles is running the grapple chipper, but his ability to wear many hats doesn’t stop there. Josh has developed a strong skill set both in the field and in the garage, learning from Aaron, Matt, and Erik, and, as he puts it, everyone here @ Charron Tree picks up something from each other every day.

That willingness to step up has earned him the shop nickname “Captain Save a Crew” a title he’s definitely earned!

For Josh, a successful day starts with clear communication, a strong focus on safety, and everyone doing their part. After six years with Charron, he says being a “Charronite” means being part of one big family.

Thank you, Josh! We appreciate your experience, teamwork, versatility, and everything you bring to the Charron team.

Meet John C🌳

This week we’re shining the spotlight on John, also known by his coworkers as “Johnny Brakes” 🤣

John has been an important part of the Charron Crew for just over a year and a half, bringing a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and plenty more f personality to every job. He’s always willing to get involved, learn something new, and take on the next challenge.

John knows that successful tree work takes patience, communication, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety. He understands the importance of using the right tools, staying aware of what’s happening around him, and looking out for both the crew on the ground and the work happening above.

One of the people John has learned the most from is Erik W. who has taken the time to teach him new skills and techniques , from tying knots to operating different types of machinery. Erik’s guidance has helped John build his confidence and continue growing in the trade.

We appreciate everything John brings to the Charron Tree crew, his hard work, willingness to learn, and dedication to improving every day. We’re proud to have you on the team, Johnny, and excited to see where your skills take you next! Thank you for being a part of our Charon Tree Family.

Meet Justin L🌳

This week we’re shining the spotlight on Justin! Justin has been with Charron Tree since 2020 , a little over 6 years now!

Justin is one of our groundsmen and definitely isn’t afraid of some hard work. In fact, that’s one of the things he likes most about the job. He loves the physical work and says it keeps him in shape and keeps him sharp.

In the 6 years he’s been here, Justin has learned a TON . Everything from the different types of trees to running all kinds of equipment. His favorites are the grapple chipper and mini skid steer.

His favorite jobs are definitely land clearing. He loves being able to see where you started and then stand back at the end of the job and see the HUGE difference the crew made. There’s something pretty cool about seeing that transformation from start to finish.

When we asked Justin what people might not realize about being a groundsman, his answer was simple .you ALWAYS have to keep your head up. You have to know what’s going on around you at all times and always be looking out for the other guys on the ground.

As far as who keeps him laughing the most? He couldn’t pick just one. According to Justin, they ALL keep each other laughing , and anyone who knows this group of guys knows that is 100% true. 😂

But what he likes most about working @ Charron Tree really comes down to the crew. He says it’s a great group of guys, they always keep each other going and he looks at them like family. ❤️

Justin, thank you for 6+ years of hard work, for always being willing to learn and for all the laughs along the way. We’re lucky to have you on this crazy crew and appreciate everything you do!

There’s something pretty special about driving through town and seeing our streets lined with the American flag. ❤️🤍💙

Nice job Town of Bellingham, our DPW and Parks Department, and everyone who helped make this happen.

Today, we’re proud to recognize the hardworking men and women who show up every day, put in the effort, and get the job done.

We’re especially grateful for our Charron Tree crew. Tree work isn’t easy, it takes skill, strength, teamwork, and lots of hard work!! We’re very fortunate to have such a dedicated group of guys who take pride in what they do and give their best EVERY day. 🌳💪

We also want to thank all of our customers for continuing to support our local, family-owned business. We truly appreciate every call, recommendation, review, and repeat customer.
