🌳Meet Luke M

This week, we’re proud to spotlight Luke , a well-known face in the local tree industry.

With over 25 years of experience, Luke has built a reputation as a hardworking and highly skilled tree professional. Before joining Charron Tree three years ago, he successfully owned and operated his own tree company, earning the trust and respect of customers throughout the area. Luke made the decision to join the Charron Tree team so he could continue doing the work he loves while spending more time with his wife and two boys.

Luke’s passion for tree work started with the adrenaline and challenge that come with the job. Whether he’s operating equipment, tackling a difficult removal, or working through a complex rigging situation, he’s always ready for the next challenge. Luke is experienced in operating bucket trucks, aerial lifts, stump grinders, and skid steers, making him one of our most versatile team members. While he can run just about every piece of equipment in our fleet, he especially enjoys the challenge that comes with complex rigging jobs.

One accomplishment Luke is especially proud of is completing large-scale land-clearing projects with only a small crew. Those jobs take experience, planning, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to pull off safely and efficiently, qualities Luke demonstrates every day on the job.

When asked what matters most in this industry, Luke’s answer is simple: safety and teamwork. Anyone who has worked alongside him knows those aren’t just words, they’re values he brings to every job, every day.

His advice for anyone looking to get into the tree industry?

“Learn everything you possibly can from the experienced guys around you.”

We’re grateful to have Luke on the Charron Tree team and appreciate the experience, leadership, and positive attitude he brings to the job every day. Thanks for everything you do, Luke!

The crew tackled a big one last week, and these pictures don't even do it justice!! It took teamwork, skill, and some heavy equipment to get this monster safely on the trailer and cleaned up.

The new MERLO definitely earned its keep, and the guys had a little fun showing off just how big this piece really was.

Not every day you see wood like this come through the yard! 💪🌳

🌳 Meet Dale P.

With 26 years at Charron Tree, Dale is our longest-serving employee and a key member of the team whose dedication, skill, and commitment have helped shape Charron Tree into what it is today. Known to many as “Squirrel,” Dale has become one of the most experienced and versatile members of our crew.

Whether he’s climbing trees, working from the crane, driving the log truck, operating heavy equipment, or grinding stumps, there’s not much Dale can’t do. His versatility and experience make him an invaluable part of the Charron Tree team.

Dale is known for his dependability and hard work. He brings a level of knowledge that only comes from decades of hands-on experience in the tree industry.

Many of you may also recognize Dale from October, when he proudly joins the Charron Tree team in wearing pink to support his fiancée, Louise, in her battle against breast cancer. It’s a cause close to his heart and one our entire Charron Tree family proudly stands behind!

And while most days you’ll find Dale working hard on a job site, a few times each year he trades in his hard hat for a cape and makes a special appearance as Batman. 🦇😊

🌳 Meet Matt B.

With 21 years at Charron Tree and more than 24 years of experience in the tree industry, Matt has built a career rooted in hard work, dedication, and a passion for the trade.

Matt's passion for the outdoors and hard work started at a young age, growing up on a farm and harvesting firewood with his father. Those early experiences helped build the skills and work ethic that have made him an invaluable part of Charron Tree for over two decades.

Matt's expertise includes tree felling, precision cutting, and operating a wide variety of heavy equipment, including Bobcats, skidders, Stump grinders, and his newest role ,the operator of our new Merlo!!!

Whether he's working on the ground or behind the controls of a machine, Matt brings knowledge, safety, and efficiency to every job.
His dedication, experience, and commitment to quality work are just a few of the reasons he continues to be a key part of the Charron Tree family. Thank you Matt-We appreciate you !
