There’s been a lot of talk lately about AI and how it will replace some of the functions we humans do every day. Like design, for example. And we see it more and more: clients come in with photos created by AI, and sometimes they’re pretty good, and sometimes they’re a great place to start a discussion. Like anything, this is a skill that requires discernment and a human eye. That’s where the soul is.

If you’re an AI enthusiast and use it to spark your layout or design ideas, we look forward to you sharing your ideas with us. If you are not an AI enthusiast, we’ve got powerful digital tools and bright minds to help you dream up the vision. Remember, as we do, AI is only a tool and us humans are still very important in creating homes that meet the needs of people like you. 70+ years of experience and exacting intention have yet to be replaced by the push of a button.

But what are your thoughts? We’d love to hear what you think about this important topic.

A gorgeous day in the neighborhood was had by all…

This picture pretty much sums up the most amazing Rock at Rock Hill Park event this last Saturday. The turn-out and vibe was truly wonderful - and over 250+ neighbors attended. Thanks to everyone for all their hard work.

We must give a HUGE thanks to Whatcom Community Foundation and their Neighborly Grant, which in large part made this event possible. This helped pay for the bands, the bathroom facilities, and a lot of various other picnic items (hot dog, anyone?)

And to A1DesignBuild - which facilitated the grant. A true act of generosity.

Onward - and keep your eyes open for the Horse Carriage + Caroling event this December. Much merriment shall be had by all.
