This project was just finished in Anacortes, Washington. After removing all the old decking, stairs, and landings we built new stair stringers, put down Timbertech Reserve "Driftwood" composite decking, and custom painted cedar fascia. The two upper decks have Innovative Aluminum Systems Inc. Infinity railing to enhance the gorgeous views of Burrows Bay. The lower deck, walkway, and stairs have Innovative Aluminum Systems Inc. cable railing with a round top rail profile. All railing is fascia mounted in Textured Black.

We previously installed the this Timbertech Dark Roast decking and returned to install the cable railing in Bellingham, Washington. This project included custom posts fabricated by Innovative Aluminum Systems Inc.. A bracket was added to the fascia mounted posts to hold posts for a removeable sunshade so the homeowners can enjoy their views and outdoor living area year round.

This dock on Lake Whatcom needed some boards replaced and the adjacent cedar deck needed an upgrade. DEXPERTS removed the old boards from the dock and deck and replaced them with Ipe decking and stainless steel screws.

We just finished this deck replacement in the heart of Sedro Woolley, Washington. After removing the old deck we installed new footings and framing and composite Azek English Walnut decking with primed cedar fascia. Lighting on the steps was inset in risers and a hatch was installed to allow for cellar access. Railing is 36" high Innovative Aluminum Systems Inc. picket railings with a flat top rail profile in Textured Black.

Innovative Aluminum Systems Inc. Infinity Railing is the perfect finish to this second story deck renovation on Lake Whatcom. Both ends of the deck have component glass railing and the decking is composite Azek Coastline with Wolf Onyx fascia and trim. The lower deck also has Infinity Railing with a custom component glass gate.
