📣 Big news for our team — Laika Construction is officially part of the Talmon project in La Conner, WA! 📍
We’ll be completing the framing, building envelope, siding, and windows on this 28,000+ square foot project starting in January. We are excited to showcase our work and see how this project comes to life!

This is Mark – Paint Manager

Mark leads our painting projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is handled with care. From interiors and exteriors to specialty work like line striping, Mark makes sure each job meets our high standards of quality.

Outside of work, Mark likes to fish, crab, cook and shoot guns. With it being crabbing season you can find him on the water throwing pots and enjoying the beautiful PNW summer nights!

Vitaliy helps keep our daily operations running smoothly by overseeing projects and leading our team to ensure efficiency and productivity. His leadership and attention to detail play a big role in the success of every job we take on.

Steve has been with Laika for a year, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the construction and roofing industry. His deep knowledge and dedication make him an invaluable part of our team.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys life with his wife of 47 years. Together, they’ve raised three wonderful daughters and are proud grandparents — and even great-grandparents! When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find Steve camping with his wife, watching sports, or relaxing by the water.

Tim has been in the construction industry for 9 years and launched Laika Construction in 2020. As the driving force behind the company, he’s passionate about delivering quality work and building relationships with clients.

Bringing new life to this Birch Bay Village home! 🏡✨ After finalizing the design with our team using Hover, we got to work—patching the roof, installing Prime Windows/Sliding Glass Doors, and transforming the exterior with Hardie Panels and Hardie Shingles. ✅ Once the weather clears, we’ll complete the final touches with painting and new gutters—bringing this transformation to completion.
