At JREG Construction, we've been keeping real busy lately! We're gearing up to pour the foundation for our 5th unit in Seattle, while our 6th unit is set to break ground in early April. Two of our units are already 100% complete, and two more are at 95%, just waiting on those final touches and landscaping. That means we're getting closer to welcoming lots of new families into their brand-new homes—something we're always excited to see. We like building beautiful homes! Our property in our Greenwood development project hit the market on Sunday and went PENDING late last night after just 2 days on the market. This 1,088 sq ft. 2 bedroom 1.75 bath new construction home was listed at $798,880 and received an above asking offer. Excited for the new family to make this their home.
