Last month, 8 Prime teammates took on Ragnar Trail Race, completing three trail loops through rugged terrain, alpine lakes, and breathtaking views of Mt. Rainier. Together, we covered 124.8 miles and more than 28,000 feet of elevation gain, finishing strong after two days on the trails.

August is National Civility month, a time to celebrate the individuals who exemplify kindness, respect, and service in our communities. This year, employees across Prime and Stoner had the opportunity to nominate colleagues who embody civility through their everyday actions. Congratulations to Alize Dixon, Steve Sonk, and Melissa Lykam for being selected for the 2026 Annual Civility Award!

We're excited to announce that Oliver Whitehead has been named President of Prime Electric.

As Prime has grown across the country with brick-and-mortar operations in six states and licenses in 36, we've continued to invest in the leadership needed to support that growth. Over the past 13 years, Oliver has played a key role in Prime's success through his leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.

As part of this planned leadership transition, CEO Bob Ledford has appointed Oliver to lead Prime's day-to-day operations as President, while continuing to serve as CEO and focus on the company's strategic direction and long-term vision.
