👀 Here’s a little sneak peek at what we’re working on now!

This approximately 30' × 12' deck has definitely seen better days. What started as replacing the old decking turned into a little more once everything was opened up — we discovered that 18 of the existing joists also needed to be replaced due to deterioration.

So we’re taking care of the structural repairs first, replacing the worn-out deck boards, and rebuilding the steps to give this deck the solid foundation and fresh start it needs. 🔨

We’re still working on this one, so we’re not giving away the finished look just yet. 😉

Stay tuned for the final before & after — this is going to be a BIG transformation!

Another repeat customer! 🔨🏡

We’ve completed several projects for this homeowner, and this time they called us to help get their deck project across the finish line.

The deck had been started by another contractor but was left unfinished, with several areas that needed to be corrected. We went through the existing work, made the necessary repairs, added the missing joist hangers, completed the handrails, and finished the exterior cladding for a clean, finished look.
Sometimes we build them from the ground up, and sometimes we’re called in to make things right and finish the job. Either way, we’re happy to help!

We’re especially thankful for our repeat customers who continue to trust us with their homes. ❤️

Another repeat customer! 🏡🔨

We stained this customer’s deck last year, and they recently called us back for several more projects around their home.
This time we installed a frameless glass shower panel, replaced the damaged trim around the front entry door, installed new door hardware, repaired a plumbing leak, and patched and painted the kitchen ceiling where the leak had caused damage.
Of course, we got busy working and forgot to take pictures of everything! 😆 But we did manage to grab a few of the finished projects.

We truly appreciate our returning customers and the trust they place in us to keep coming back and take care of their homes.

Another bathroom project coming together! 🚿🔨

This one started with an open shower area and some plumbing and floor work that needed to be completed. We installed the new shower insert, finished the plumbing connections, and got everything fitted into place.
It’s always satisfying seeing a project go from the messy construction stage to a clean, functional space!

No job has to be a complete remodel — we’re happy to tackle the projects you need done.

Another deck looking fresh! ☀️

We built this deck earlier this year and recently returned to stain and protect the new wood. After giving pressure-treated lumber time to properly dry and season, it was ready for its finishing touch.
A quality stain not only gives the deck a beautiful finished look, but also helps protect the wood from the weather and extend its life.

Built by us. Stained by us. Ready to enjoy for years to come! 🏡

🔨🏠 THE BIG DECK IS OFFICIALLY COMPLETE! 🙌

This one has been a journey, but we are so excited to finally share the finished product!
This 14' x 35' composite deck was built from the ground up and completed with composite decking, a large staircase and landing, and beautiful black metal railings. 😍
Between material delays, weather, and waiting on the required inspections, this project took us a little longer than anticipated — but when you’re building something this size, doing it right is more important than doing it fast.
And we’re happy to say… FINAL INSPECTION PASSED & THE PERMIT IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED! ✅🎉
We absolutely love how this one turned out. That is a LOT of outdoor living space for our customers to enjoy for years to come!
A big thank you to our customers for their patience throughout the process and for trusting Velazco Renovations with such a large project. ❤️

🔨 Another rainy-day project complete! 🎨🏠
While the rain has been keeping us from working on our big deck project, we’ve been staying busy indoors!
This home was recently completely rewired, which left holes throughout the walls and ceilings in several areas of the house. Unfortunately, we forgot to grab the before pictures 🤦‍♀️ — but trust us, there was plenty of patching to do! 😂
We repaired the drywall, patched and finished the damaged areas, and then gave everything a fresh coat of paint. We also added a little pop of color in the bathroom, and we LOVE how it turned out! 💕
One of the best parts of a good drywall repair is when you can’t tell there was ever a hole there in the first place. 👌
Rain or shine, we’ve been keeping busy! 🔨

🔨 It’s not always about making things pretty — sometimes it’s about making them solid and safe! 🏠💪

Here’s another project we recently completed but never got around to sharing!

We took care of some much-needed foundation repairs, addressing damaged and deteriorating areas to help protect the home and prevent further issues.
While we were there, we also built and installed a new set of basement stairs, giving the homeowner a much safer and sturdier way to access the basement.

🔨 Remember that rainy-day project we started? Well… it’s finished! 🚽✨

When Mother Nature decided we weren’t working on the big deck, we took the opportunity to head indoors and get started on this new half bath for our customers.

And here’s the finished result! 🙌
We turned an unused space into a functional half bath, complete with a new toilet, vanity, vessel sink, flooring, plumbing and all the finishing touches.

Rain may slow down an outdoor project, but it doesn’t have to slow down Velazco Renovations! 💪🔨
Another project checked off the list and another space put to good use! ❤️
