💡 PHASE 2 TIP OF THE WEEK

Plan the space before you frame it.

Before the walls go up, think about how you want your basement to function. Bedrooms, bathrooms, entertainment areas, bars, storage, and more all need to be considered early in the process.

That’s why we can help with layout planning and 3D designs—so you can see your space and make decisions before construction begins. 📐🏡

A little planning upfront can make a BIG difference in the finished space!

🏡 Every kitchen has its own style.

From bright whites and warm wood tones to bold blues and everything in between, we love creating kitchens that are as unique as the families who use them. 🤍💙

Take a look at a few of the kitchens we’ve brought to life—and start imagining what we could create for you. 🔨✨

What style would you choose for your dream kitchen? 👇

Another big milestone on this new build! 🏡🔨

The exterior is really starting to come together — brick and siding are almost finished, windows and exterior doors are in, and the garage doors are installed! 👏

Inside, drywall is underway, and this house is quickly going from a framed structure to a home.

A lot has changed since our last update… and there’s plenty more to come! 👀
