A commercial customer called needing their rtu serviced. Along with various issues the evaporator coil was filthy. (They recently purchased the property and the previous owner hadn't had it serviced in over 2 years). We cleaned the evaporator and replaced other parts as needed. Don't make the same mistake as the previous land lord and get your hvac system serviced!
