"What's the drying process look like?"

At this job a large jet tub on the upper floor had been leaking, allowing water to pe*****te the structure and ultimately causing the ceiling on the main floor to collapse. Our team responded by removing all fallen and unsalvageable materials to ensure a safe and clean work environment. Once demolition was complete, we installed specialized drying equipment to eliminate any remaining moisture. Throughout the process, we closely monitored the equipment and conditions to ensure the home was drying properly and efficiently. After the structure was fully dried, we performed a thorough cleaning using HEPA vacuums. These vacuums capture 99.97% of microscopic particles, including mold spores, dust, pet dander, and pollen, preventing them from recirculating into the air. As a final step, we applied antimicrobial treatments to eliminate any remaining spores and help prevent future microbial growth.
