Recently installed 8" thick concrete pad 4000psi w/fiber & #4 rebar for added support and EP Henry dry layed retaining wall block for a new Hot tub!
This project had its owe set of challanges due to the steep grade and limited access.
This project was an honor working with our vary own the voice of Centre County Kelly & Jerry Valerie!
They had the vision of exactly what they wanted and after searching all of PA for the correct block we settled on Dakota Blend due to their orginal block being discontinued. So we found and hand selected the next best thing for a seamless exstion to their outside living space!

Replace rotted fascia boards, replaced 7sheets rotted plywood , repaired/replace rotted rafter ends. Removed two two layers of shingles

Another great project compeleted, this old home had some serious structure issues we were able to support the home remove the compromised foundashion walls & replaced them with 10" foundation block core filled with concrete and rebar installed a new Footer tar sealed below foundashion stuccoed up to new header. Drylocked inside and repointed any blocks not replaced.
