A renovation is about more than the finished product. It’s about how we treat your home along the way.

We take pride in our work, respect your space, and leave things better than we found them.

A closer look at a TimberTech decking project we're finishing up in Jerome.

The new decking is TimberTech in the color Ash, but first we checked the existing structure of rot, and added an under decking water membrane to help protect everything underneath.

The details and the work below the surface matter just as much as the finished boards.
Proud of our crew and the craftsmanship they put into this one.

Adding onto your home can feel like a big decision.

There’s a lot that goes into it before you ever see the finished space. At 5 Points Contracting, we manage the process from start to finish so you don’t have to coordinate every detail along the way.

This sunroom at Indian Lake, Ohio, added more natural light and a better connection to the outdoors while creating a space the homeowners can actually enjoy.

If you’ve been thinking about adding onto your home, give us a call. We’d be happy to talk through what you have in mind.

Another big step forward on the new Health Lodge at Wesley Camp & Retreat Center...
Today, the concrete floor was poured. With the plumbing in place and the rebar set, the floor is now in.
Great work by Next Gen Concrete LLC getting the floor poured and finished up today. More progress to come as this project continues to move forward.

Today we came back to finish up the site from a recent septic installation. We conditioned the soil, seeded the area and covered it with straw. We believe in taking care of the whole project and making sure the site is finished right along with the work.

Once we tore into the old deck, we found more rot than expected.

We replaced the stairs, added new blocking, and installed a waterproofing and drainage system to protect the patio below.

More than a facelift. We’re making sure it’s built right underneath, too.
