The time is almost here for fall lawn aeration! 🍂🌱 If you want a healthy, thick, beautiful lawn, don’t overlook this important step.

Fall aeration provides many benefits, including helping your lawn receive better water, air, and nutrients while promoting stronger root growth and a healthier lawn.

We’ll be starting mid-September, so now is the perfect time to get on the schedule!

LPLC Customers: LPLC will be out cleaning up limbs, sticks and leaves next couple days. If your yard needs a cleanup before mowing season starts please contact Cody 937-844-1688 or Nicklaus 937-844-9538. We are going around checking most of our jobs out but if we miss you please let us know. Thank you!

LPLC will have 4 plow trucks, 4 bobcats and 4 guys on sidewalk crew. 12 guys that are going to put alot of hard work in the next couple days. Our goal is to eventually have all of our businesses and residents taken care of at the best of our ability!

Commercial clients: we are going to do our very best to get your business opened up or ready for you to be opened up when that time comes.

Residential clients: you’ll be next after commercial jobs, plan to get you plowed out after the snow stops. Depending on how much we get we may have to do the driveway twice. If you absolutely have to be out and need our service please reach out.

Call Ins: probably wont be taking any until our crews can get some rest. Best bet will be Thesday. So if you havent had your place plowed out give us some time and please reach out as we are willing to help!

We were in desperate need for a new floor board. This has been a salt and plow truck from the very beginning. This is what winter can do to your truck after 10+ years. It’s been a great truck for us so we spent the day in the shop yesterday repairing the floor. Thank you Ron Cochran for the help! Ensuring Big Daddy Dave didn’t have to Fred Flintstone it.
