🔨 A WARRANTY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE COMPANY STANDING BEHIND IT.

We’re back at a project we completed last year to address an installation-related issue that developed with a portion of the siding.

During the original installation, a fastening error caused some of the siding to buckle and develop an uneven appearance. After identifying the issue, we returned to the project and are removing and reinstalling the affected areas properly under our 10-Year Craftsmanship Warranty.

Do we like having to come back and make a repair? Of course not. Our goal is always to complete every project correctly the first time. But construction involves people, and occasionally something may not be completed to the standard we expect.

What matters is what happens next.

When something involving our workmanship isn’t right, we believe in acknowledging it, correcting it, and taking care of our customer. That’s what standing behind our work means.

Anyone can advertise a warranty when they’re trying to earn your business. The real value of that warranty is knowing the company will still be there to honor it when you actually need it.

🔨🏡 ANOTHER DECK PROJECT COMPLETE!

We recently wrapped up this custom-built pressure-treated deck, giving our customers a brand-new outdoor space along with much easier and safer access to their home.

With the elevation of this house, this project required more than just building a deck. We incorporated multiple stair runs and landings, full wood railings, and gated access to create a layout that is both functional and built to last.

From the framing underneath to the final deck boards, railings, stairs, and gates, our crew handled the project from start to finish.

Another one checked off the list and ready for our customers to enjoy! 💜💛

🇺🇸 WE WILL NEVER FORGET — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the incredible courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who answered the call in our nation’s darkest hours.

We remember the lives that were taken, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.

25 years later, we still remember. We still honor. We will never forget.

From all of us at C. Mirabella & Sons, our thoughts are with the families of those we lost and all those who continue to carry the impact of that day.

Luckily, the rain held off enough for us to get to laying the pipe for this French drain project in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. All the excessive runoff, from the crazy weather we have experienced this summer, has caused drainage issues for our customer. So we excavated the whole length of the house, now installing a 4” pvc drain and backfilling with appropriate gravel and materials for drainage.

🔨 Sometimes the Plan Changes — and That’s Part of the Process!

This project originally started as a smaller front porch deck, but as construction progressed, our customers decided they wanted to go bigger! The deck has now been expanded into a much larger outdoor living space, along with a more complex staircase designed to provide easier access to and from the home.

We’re getting those changes completed now and preparing to move into the finishing stages of the project.

Changes and additional requests during an ongoing project can sometimes add time to the schedule — not only for that project, but for customers waiting for us to begin theirs. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

At C. Mirabella & Sons, our priority is making sure each customer is completely satisfied with the finished result. Sometimes that means spending a little more time, accommodating additional requests, and adjusting the original plan to make sure the project is exactly what our customer wants.
