Buried propane tank done a couple weeks ago by JS Earthwork LLC not much room on the property for the tank to be placed. The tank had to be set between a well line and multiple irrigation lines. With a steep slope where the tank was being placed client asked for a loose fit rock wall to allow them to place plants among the wall and above the wall to blend the tank cover into the landscape.

Recent project we wrapped up JS Earthwork LLC acquired all the correct permitting to make this project happen. Built the retention wall and incorporated two natural stone stair cases. Prepped areas around the wall for planting beds and mulched the areas. Homeowner will be soon adding their own plants. Had the amazing crew of Lawn Boy Landscaping come in and install the flagstone landing, plant the blueberry bushes along the front of the wall, plant arborvitae’s with a cobble stone edging, clean up and re mulch all the mulch beds. Always a pleasure tag teaming with Lawn boy on these projects and can’t wait to see the finish product once homeowner is done planting!!!

Last boulder wall constructed of the 2025 season came out great with lots of character!!! JS Earthwork LLC was able to haul in all the boulders needed for the wall, design and build the wall, prep for planting beds below and above the wall, and added a finshed driveway for this newly built in-law apartment. Was even able construct a last minute natural rock stair case out of the rocks that were brought in!!! Plantings and mulch to be done in the spring by Lawn Boy Landscaping to bring it all together can’t wait to see it done!!!!!
