We just finished a full window replacement and siding job, with the help of North West Construction Group ,and mid November just opened up for the next one.
Forged Custom Works Construction pulled the old windows, set new ones, flashed them, wrapped the walls, and sided the house. Clean lines. Tight corners. A house that looks finished, not patched. This is the kind of work we do when a place needs more than a quick fix before winter.
We have a few start dates open mid November for new construction, renovations, and the work that keeps a property solid through a Montana winter. We are not taking on everything. We are taking on the jobs we can do right, start when we say we will, and finish clean.
If your project has been sitting on a list, getting pushed, or quoted by someone who went quiet, message us this week. Mid November fills faster than people think once the ground starts to freeze and everyone remembers the work they put off all summer.
Here is what we do:
Window replacement. Old units out, new units set, flashed, and ready for siding. We do not leave a window floating in a hole and call it done.
Siding. Full re-sides and repairs. Wrap, flash, and lap siding that lines up, including Hardie and match-existing work. Exterior-rated fasteners and details that can take wind-driven snow.
New construction and additions. From the ground up, built for Gallatin Valley and Big Sky weather, not a mild climate somewhere else. We plan for frost, snow load, and a short building season so the work holds up after we leave.
Renovations and home improvements. Kitchens, baths, rooms that no longer work, and the fixes that make a house feel finished. We protect what is already there and leave it cleaner than we found it.
Concrete. Flatwork, pads, approaches, and small structural pours done with the overage and the cure time this climate actually needs. Straight edges. Proper base. No rushing a pour because the calendar looks tight.
Landscaping and property maintenance. Grading that moves water away from the house, beds, cleanup, and the outside work that keeps a place looking kept.
Pressure washing. Siding, concrete, decks, and the grime a year of dust and melt leaves behind. Clean surface, no chewed-up finish.
Repairs. The punch-list items and the “while you are here” problems that other crews walk past. We would rather fix it than leave it for you to call about later.
Snow removal. Once the season turns, walks, drives, and the spots where a roof slide lands. Book it with the build work if you want one crew that already knows the property. Big Sky winters do not wait, and neither should the plan for them.
We work Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Sky, and the Gallatin Valley. Short sentences on site. We show up. We keep our word. We do not disappear when the job gets inconvenient.
What you get if you reach out now: A straight conversation about what the job actually is. A clear scope, not a guess. A mid November start if the work fits the opening. A crew that treats your place like someone lives there.
Send a message with the town, a short description, and a few photos. That is enough for us to tell you if we can take it and what the next step is.
Do not wait until the first real freeze and hope a crew has room. Mid November is open right now. It will not stay that way.
