🚧 Cozy Camp Retreat Expansion Project ‼️

Big progress over the past month and we’re excited to share the latest updates:

✅ Removal & replacement of existing sonotubes, including jacking and leveling the structure.

✅ Installation of 20 new precast piers with big footers for a strong, stable foundation.

✅ Removal & replacement of decks.

✅ Framing for new egress windows within the existing structure.

✅ Framing for the new 300+ sq ft addition — including subfloor, walls, rafters, and roof.

This project is really starting to take shape, and we’re looking forward to the next phase.

🏡Extended Ranch Addition Project Successfully Completed‼️

A 500 sq/ft ground-up addition launched in late fall has reached successful completion. The family is now settling into their expanded space, adding personal touches with wallpaper and paint.
