SURVICE recently brought together managers from across the country for our annual management meeting at North Bay in Cecil County, MD. A tradition that brings our leadership together for meaningful conversations strategic planning, and collaboration, the gathering focuses on what's next for the the company.

With several new leaders joining the team over the past year, this year's meeting was also a great opportunity to build relationships, strengthen connections, exchange ideas, and align future goals.

✈️ From serving as an aircraft maintenance technician in the U.S. Air Force (USAF) in 2011, active duty from 2011 to 2017, reserves from 2017 to 2019, Air National Guard from 2019 to 2021,and crew chief on KC-135s and C-130s to leading critical aircraft survivability efforts today, Ryan’s career has been driven by protecting the Warfighter.

At SURVICE, Ryan’s DAO group supports aircraft live fire test & evaluation, survivability analyses for threats, model-based systems engineering, and software development supporting aircraft survivability.

For Ryan, this mission is personal:

"It means everything knowing that our efforts to support aircraft survivability have the potential for someone to return home safely, especially as I used to be a beneficiary of these efforts."

Celebration time! 🎉 SURVICE employees from our Aberdeen Research Operation team recently gathered at Watchtower Brewing Company in Aberdeen, MD, to celebrate winning the U.S. Army Research, Technical, and Engineering Services (ARTES) contract! This win represents the culmination of deep, unwavering support provided to the Army Research Laboratory across multiple predecessor efforts. To mark the occasion, ARTES PM Heidi Jensen delivered an impassioned speech, sharing her heartfelt thanks for the team's relentless daily dedication.

On September 14, 2026, SURVICE Engineering was proud to welcome U.S. Congressman Andy Harris; Commander Reid Wiseman, commander of the Artemis II moon mission; Harford County Executive Robert Cassilly; and others to its Applied Technology Sector Drone Facility at the Harford County Airport in Churchville, MD. Commander Wiseman, who grew up in Baltimore, was enthusiastic about seeing the cutting-edge drone technology at SURVICE and meeting the engineers and scientists who make the TRV-150 and other advanced technology drones. It was inspirational to all at SURVICE to welcome Congressman Harris, Commander Wiseman, and County Executive Cassilly.

SURVICE greatly appreciates Congressman Harris’s strong support to our community and to the Warfighter.
