With the wind and cold we had this winter, I’m starting to see a lot of small exterior damage around homes. Things like loose fascia, bent gutters, soffit panels coming loose, missing siding, or even shutters getting blown loose.

Now that the weather is warming up, it’s a good time to walk around your house and take a quick look. Sometimes it’s just a small repair that can be fixed before it turns into a bigger problem.

A lot of homeowners don’t want to deal with an insurance claim for something minor, and in many cases you don’t need to.
