Another bathroom remodel in the books. Tore out the tub/shower unit and replaced with walk-in shower with glass door. Also installed new LVP flooring; painted the ceiling, walls, and vanity; installed new toilet; removed plate mirror and repaired drywall; and installed new vanity countertop. Completed this bathroom remodel just before the holiday. Tore out a jetted tub and converted it to a large walk-in shower. Tore out the small shower and closed it on to expand the closet. Added new flooring, new countertops, and new paint. Turned out well. What can we do to help you update and improve your home? Call us.

Finished this porch column and railing replacement today. Original columns were round white colonial style with typical square wooden vertical balusters that had deteriorated over time. Replaced with Western red cedar posts and railing with X patterns and wrapped the upper beam to complete the transformation. Turned out well. We'll go back in a month or so and seal all the wood (after it has dried out) and then add stainless steel cable runs horizontally behind the X patterns to finish it off and meet code. I'll post more pics of that when it's complete. Call me and let's discuss updating an area of your home - inside or out.

Finished this project yesterday. A friend bought a new home and the living area was solid white and bland. We added shiplap planking, trimmed it out, and painted it Midnight Shadow. Then installed a wood mantle, stained it using Dark Walnut station, and added a gloss poly finish. Turned out very well. And she was extremely pleased. Finished up this project yesterday just before the rain moved in. Replaced the deck boards and lattice on his existing deck and then screened it in so he could enjoy more time out there. Matched the existing roofline to make it look almost seamless. Even installed a dog door for his dogs next to the screen door. He was well pleased with the final product, as was I. Finished up this small project for a gentleman today. He called and said he had started remodeling a basement bathroom, but due to health issues, he couldn't finish it. I installed beadboard paneling on the walls, trimmed it out nicely, and framed up and trimmed out his new wider doorway for easier access. Then painted it all. Turned out quite well.
