How much stainless steel do you do? Seems like we're handling these 4x10 sheets more and more. As self-proclaimed "Kings of Stainless" we have covered many wash bays with it. This one in Terre Haute has come to an end and I'll go do my final inspection tonight for quality and finish. Proud of my crew for knocking this one out! 🤘

This remodel is almost wrapped up! The guys were able to get the remaining horizontal panels up in the dryer bay and all the caulking done in the wash bay. This coming Sunday they will finish the remaining trims and lintel wrap. 💪 🤘

After the Maiden crew began working last night, another crew showed up to clean out the troughs for . Even with the slowdown on the night, the crew was able to get the remaining vertical sheets hung minus the doorway. Tonight they will run horizontal panels to begin wrapping this one up!

Another great night for the Maiden crew! The wash bay is getting the final touches with inside and outside corners, door trims, and reattachment of hoses & wires. Significant progress has been made in the dryer bay also. They have 20+ sheets up already and are pushing to get it cladded asap. Let's get it!

Yeah man, we're still kickin'. It's been quite a while since I've posted anything, but these guys are still killin it. We are 2 weeks into this remodel and things are really taking shape. This night crew is making sure we start the year off right by running through this work. I think things are getting back to normal. 🤞

Congratulations to the Maiden crew are in order for their accomplishments this year. We won Strategic Partner of the Year from at their awards banquet last night! Even though my wife and I were accepting the award, it's my crew that earned this through hard work and sacrifice. Ethan, Thomas, Vince, Wiley, and Casey earned this. I'm so appreciative of they crew I have. To be able to trust them and their efforts, knowing they are managing expectations, owning their mistakes when it happens, and being able to rely on them is what a boss needs in a crew. All these guys have talent and take pride in their work, so give them their props today as we celebrate our first award! 🤘

First of 3 window screens are constructed and ready for clear spray! This white oak that milled down for me is the hardest to sand, but that grain comes out beautiful. After a dry fit, I took it apart, sanded it one final time, and then glued this up with CA glue. A couple coats of finish are all this needs now before we hang it on our system! 🤘

The rest of the guys that aren't working nights are getting these hand wash bays ready for new frp and stainless steel. Today they got 2 out of 4 demo'd and materials ready for install tomorrow. We have crews working 18 hours out of 24 all week this week, and the grind is just starting. Buckle up, y'all. Here we go.

Woodworking in the shop is my happy place. After a crazy morning getting steel set for Kuma's Corner, I made my way back to the shop to work on these custom white oak partition screens and settled into my groove. I'm about to make something beautiful.
