Our work is not only limited to residential properties! The relocation of the headquarters of this commercial company turned into a larger project then originally intended with multiple properties in need of updates.

We methodically and successfully renovated the headquarters, each branch location and even helped their business develop on-site offices at a few of their customer’s locations.

Who doesn't love to see the before and after? This cute farmhouse kept its historic charm with utilizing the existing pine ceiling paneling as an accent, but completely transforming the space with its inclusion of new natural materials and a different, more practical layout to improve the function and circulation of the kitchen.

The addition of new built-in cabinetry makes the fireplace wall in this parlor the focal point of the room. Not only did it improve the functionality of the space by allowing the home owners to gain access to their back porch which was once inaccesible due the furniture placement, but it also provides a ton of storage for the clients.

When searching for a home, it is crucial to pin point what is on the top of your checklist of what you look for in a property.

The buyers of this 1916 Colonial wished to transform this historic structure into one containing updated modern furnishings with a kitchen that can lead guests into the rest of the space.

A full kitchen expansion led to many more possibilties as the clients recieved not only a brand new kitchen and dining space, but new bench storage for the living room as well as a walk in closet to their master bedroom. With the removal and addition of wall partitions as well as updated furnishings the home contains a completely different feel.
