Big news to share: Watermere at McKinney has earned an Award of Merit from the Gold Nugget Awards, presented by PCBC! 🏆

The Gold Nuggets have spent 63 years recognizing the best in residential design and development across the country, and this year's honorees were chosen from a field of more than 800 entries. Watermere at McKinney was recognized in the Best Service Enriched 55+ Community category, covering independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

So proud of everyone who poured their talent into this project. Congratulations to the whole team!

Palladium City Skyline is open on Fort Worth's East Lancaster corridor, and we're proud to have been part of it. This project features 243 units of mixed-income housing designed to raise the standard for what affordable living looks and feels like. At the heart of the community is the Palladium Connect Learning Lab, powered by Child at Heart School, offering in-house tutoring, academic support, creative arts, and summer camps for young residents, just steps from home. It's the kind of amenity that goes well beyond four walls.

Congratulations to Palladium USA on a project like this. Architecture is most meaningful when it genuinely changes lives, and this one does.

The new Palladium City Skyline apartment complex features a free learning lab for students who live at the east Fort Worth site.

This Active Adult project in the heart of Arlington, TX brings together upscale one- and two-bedroom flats and two-bedroom cottages with garages, resort-style amenities. Every detail was crafted with intention and designed around the way active adults actually want to live.
