We're excited to welcome Cole Smith, EIT to Team Engineering as the newest Structural Project Engineer!

Cole brings valuable hands-on construction experience and a background in structural design, including renovations of older residential and commercial buildings as well as additions to existing homes. His previous experience as a builder provides a unique perspective on the construction process, helping him understand projects from design through construction while bringing the visions of architects, owners, and contractors to life.

A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Cole was born in Portsmouth and currently lives in Nottingham. He played baseball, basketball, and golf in high school and remained active in college through intramural basketball, kickball, volleyball, soccer, and football.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys golfing, fishing, wake surfing, attending sporting events, traveling when possible, and spending time outdoors. He also has a strong interest in food, cooking, and music.

Please join us in welcoming Cole to the Team Engineering team! We're excited to have him on board and look forward to the experience and enthusiasm he'll bring to our projects and clients.

We’re excited to welcome Kaitlyn Kennedy to Team Engineering as our summer intern!

Kaitlyn joins us from the University of Rhode Island and will be working alongside our team this summer gaining hands-on experience and contributing to a variety of projects.

We’re looking forward to having her on board and helping her continue to grow her skills in the engineering industry. Welcome to the team, Kaitlyn!

There’s nothing better than seeing a project come to life in the field.
We recently had the chance to visit the framing stage of a beautiful oceanfront home we provided structural engineering for, and it’s always a great reminder of how everything comes together beyond the drawings.
Designed by TMS Architects & Interiors and being brought to life by O'Shaughnessy Construction, this project is shaping up to be something special.

Team Engineering fun day at the aquarium! A great chance to spend time together outside the office and explore one of Boston’s coolest spots.

We recently had the chance to stop by the Chichester Market project site, where construction is well underway and rough framing is nearing completion. The building is really take shape, this will be an awesome space and a great addition to the Chichester area.
Our team provided both the structural and MEP design, and we’re looking forward to seeing our MEP systems come together as installation gets into full swing.
A great collaboration with Frank Anzalone’s team and Milestone Construction, always rewarding to see strong partnerships bring projects to life.

This Saturday, October 11th, check out the 2025 Mount Uncanoonuc Brew Fest, supporting The Worker Bee Fund and their mission to help local veterans care for their homes.
Then on Sunday, October 12th don’t miss the 9th Annual Mt. Sunapee Duck Drop, benefiting the New Hampshire Boys & Girls Club.
