We got to go to the soft opening of Phat Daddy's Bbq in Bedford this evening. I had the Harvest Bowl- roasted sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts in a balsamic glaze- so, so good and i don't even like Brussels sprouts 🤣

The restaurant is owned by the family of some of our students and we have a few students working there. Jim and i enjoyed going to their restaurant in Elletsville and are so glad to have them closer. Opening day is August 6 on the Bedford square.

All set up at the Bedford Farmers Market. We are on the 15th street side this week. There are lots to see this morning with the Limestone Heritage Festival going on- Farmers Market, a craft market, pancake breakfast, food trucks, chalk walk, limestone carving, hot dog eating contest, bands....It's a great day to get out and shop local!
