The customer was getting flooding surface water and water backing up from gutter drains. Causing water in the basement. Rotted hole in the side of the house and steps in the walkways that weren't needed.

Installing new underground drainage and regrading areas around the house, pitching surface water away, dried up the basement. Was able to reuse the flagstone and block to save some $$

Asphalt millings for this parking lot. Wasn't able to get finished pictures before the boats covered the lot!

Stump removel. Few monster Oak and Maple trees where in the way and had to go

Never enough parking! Removing this boulder wall and hammering ledge rock to create more parking spaces.

When it rains it Pours! This driveway would flood when it rained. We installed a catch basin and finished the area off with continuing the stone wall.
