When you need heated workspace AND cold storage, why settle for one or the other?

This custom 42' x 84' post-frame building in Big Lake, MN was designed to do it all. Featuring over 3,500 square feet of usable space, the building includes a 1,260 sq. ft. heated shop with in-floor radiant heat, reinforced concrete floors, trench drains, and bright liner steel finishes. The remaining space provides ample cold storage for vehicles, trailers, equipment, and recreational toys.

With four overhead doors, a bold black exterior, and a layout built around the owner's needs, this project delivers year-round functionality and lasting value.
