From outdated to standout.

Rick’s Auto Body in Superior, Wisconsin has undergone an incredible exterior transformation — and these before & after photos speak for themselves. What was once an aging facility has been completely revitalized with a bold new modern look featuring sleek black metal siding, updated storefront windows, new overhead doors, fresh asphalt, and a sharp new exterior presence that completely changes the feel of the property.

Structural Buildings is continuing work on the interior remodel, but the exterior progress was simply too good not to share.

White Bear Clothing’s new precast facility in Big Lake, MN is officially complete — and the final result turned out incredible.

From the clean exterior finishes and fresh asphalt parking lot to the completed landscaping and trash enclosure, every detail of this 39,000 sq. ft. facility was built with long-term performance and functionality in mind.

Designed to support continued growth and efficiency, the facility features 4 overhead door loading docks, expansive storage capacity, and a modern layout ready for day-to-day operations.

We’re proud be the trusted General Contractor on this project and excited to see White Bear Clothing move into their new space.

Our customers had an existing 40’x80’ outbuilding to which they wanted to attach their new home. Structural’s in-house drafting team designed a custom floor plan that would fit the needs of their young family and give them the barndominium home they dreamed of. Once the 34’W x 46’L x 18’ H home addition was attached, our crews replaced the steel on the existing building to match the home.
