7-Foot Cedar Privacy Fence in Hillsboro, Oregon

This Hillsboro project features a 7-foot tall overlap cedar privacy fence built for added privacy, durability, and a clean finished look. We used quality cedar fence boards along with sturdy metal posts to provide a strong foundation that is well suited for the Pacific Northwest.

The natural variation in the cedar gives the fence a warm, beautiful appearance, while the overlap design creates a solid privacy barrier. We also built a custom cedar gate with a heavy-duty metal frame and black hardware to complete the project.

At Steadfast Fencing & Decking, we build custom fences throughout Hillsboro and the Portland Metro area with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-lasting construction.

We recently completed this custom horizontal cedar fence in SW Portland. The sloped yard made this project a little more challenging, but we followed the grade and stepped the fence carefully to keep the lines clean and consistent throughout.

The natural cedar and horizontal design give the fence a modern look while providing plenty of privacy and a beautiful finish that fits naturally into the wooded surroundings.

Another custom fence built by Steadfast Fencing & Decking with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The new decking gives the space a clean, finished look while the existing covered patio and custom railing help make the entire area feel like an extension of the home.

We love how this project came together, especially the way the multi-level layout works with the existing patio and landscaping. A great outdoor space should be both functional and beautiful, and this one checks both boxes.
