If you see our signs while pulling into Clackamas Town Center, this is what we're working on...

A new tenant improvement and site upgrade along SE Monterey Avenue. We're transforming this 8,683 SF space from its previous life as a beauty school into the new home for the Salvation Army Corps. The project includes exterior building modifications, new canopies, signage, rooftop mechanical replacements, and extensive site improvements including new hardscape, landscape, lighting, access ramps, and a covered walkway.

Job Site Updates! 🚧

At Imago Dei, we've wrapped up the courtyard! The new hardscape, exterior lighting, and landscaping are complete, creating a welcoming outdoor space for the community to enjoy.

Meanwhile, at our Escapology project, framing is well underway. With plenty of intricate details built into this escape room, it's already taking shape as a unique and exciting space.

What most people see is a truss being set into place. What they don't see are the months of preconstruction planning, procurement, scheduling, engineering, logistics, and communication that make this moment possible.

Every successful project is built on strong partnerships - between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the field teams bringing the plans to life.

It's exciting to watch another building take shape and to work alongside people who take pride in doing it right. 👷‍♀️🚜

Quality isn’t something you inspect at the end, it’s something you build into the process from the very beginning.

This window installation mock-up brought together the subcontractor, general contractor, and architect to align on installation methods, flashing, waterproofing, sequencing, and constructability before production began. Investing the time in a mock-up helps identify issues early, ensures the installation meets the design intent, and leads to fewer surprises, less rework, and a higher-quality finished product.

These collaborative moments are where great projects are built. When every trade has a seat at the table and communication happens in the field, the entire team benefits.

Mike's been on site keeping our projects running safely and on schedule for 29 years and his experience has shaped a lot of the jobsites (and people) that came through YC along the way.
