An ice heave last winter, on Beaver Dam Lake, lifted part of the concrete infront of this client's boathouse. We were able to handle the whole process, making it hassel free for the homeowners.
○ Obtaining permits
○ Removal of broken concrete slab
○ Removal of part of the existing seawall
○ Placing the new riprap, limestone slabs, and decorative stone.

The decorative stone is glued together creating a solid walking surface, while maintaining permeability for drainage.

Mulch was removed by owner. We kept the existing edging to stay on budget, and put in new w**d barrier and stone. Coming in above expectations and under budget!
