At the end of the day, it’s not just about what we do—it’s about the people we get to serve along the way. ❤️ Hearing kind words from our customers truly means more to us than they know. We’re so grateful to share this testimonial with you…

"Building our beach house was an incredible experience from start to finish, and that is entirely because of Landon Wright. The level of professionalism was outstanding, and every phase of the project was completed on time without sacrificing quality. The attention to detail was truly exceptional-from the layout to the appliances and to all the beautiful finishes. It exceeded our expectations. What truly set Landon and Prestige Custom Builders apart was their genuine commitment to making sure everything turned out exactly as we envisioned it in our minds. They listened carefully, offered thoughtful guidance, and never rushed decisions. Landon was always available to answer questions, incredibly kind and considerate, and made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. By the end of the project, he became more than just our builder-he became a true friend. We couldn't be happier with our beach house and would highly recommend Prestige Custom Builders to anyone looking to build something truly special."-T. Rau

We're a small business and we're proud of that.

It means our clients aren't just another project number. It means relationships matter. It means you can pick up the phone and talk to the one person who actually knows your project inside and out.

Being a small business doesn't mean operating like a small operation.

At Prestige Custom Builders, we bring professional processes, transparent proposals, project coordination, quality control, documentation, and clear communication to every project we take on.

You get the best parts of both:

The personal attention of a local contractor.
The professionalism you expect from a larger builder.

That's how we believe construction should feel.

Personal. Professional. Accountable.

Come dream with US!!!

One of the most impactful days in our nation's past happened today 25 years ago.

We want to remember and honor the families who were impacted by this event and we will continue to stand strong! We will never forget.

Today, we honor the hard work, dedication, and contributions of American workers. Labor Day originally recognized the achievements of labor unions and their role in improving workers’ rights.

It also reminds us of something just as important: the value of rest, leisure, and time with the people who matter most.

At Prestige Custom Builders, we’re proud to celebrate the hardworking men and women who help build our homes, businesses, and communities every day. 🛠️🏡

Work hard. Build proudly. Rest well.

Wishing everyone a safe, relaxing, and well-deserved Happy Labor Day!

You might see Landon checking the details. A lot.

At Prestige Custom Builders, being involved means being on the job site, every day, paying attention to every detail. From the big picture down to the little things that can make a project come together just right, Landon stays involved throughout the process.

Because great projects do not just just build themselves. They take communication, consistency, and someone willing to walk the site, look a little closer, and ask, “Could we have done this a little better?".

And yes... Landon has a habit of finding something to look at. 😄

Daily involvement. Detail-focused. Fully invested. That’s how we build at Prestige.

What Is a Spec Home vs. a Custom Home?

Ever wondered what the real difference is between a spec home and a custom home?

Let's break it down! A Custom Home is a blank canvas. You pick the layout, the finishes, and every small detail to fit your exact lifestyle. A Spec Home (short for speculative) is designed and built by us using high-quality finishes, ready for you to move right in without the wait!

At Prestige Custom Builders, we do both with unmatched craftsmanship.

Your perfect home is waiting, built exactly your way. Dream with us—visit prestigecustombuilders.net or call (409) 313-3383 to start building your future today.

To anyone who has visited our Crystal Beach office and wondered, "What is up with the giant Corona bottle?!"… here’s the truth:

It wasn’t a decor choice. It’s a trophy of parental defeat! 🏆🤣

During the 2024 Bolivar Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Ladies Putt Putt tournament, our son asked if we could keep this giant piñata. We explicitly told him no.

But the event committee had other plans. They thought it’d be hilarious to leave it at our office anyway!

Now, it’s our absolute favorite conversation starter when clients and friends walk through the door. Next time you’re in, feel free to give our mascot a wave! 👋⛳️

The real brains behind Prestige Custom Builders.

Coco handles site supervision, and Gabby is our head of client relations (and treat distribution). Safe to say your project is in good paws (I mean hands)!

Which one looks like the boss? 👇
