When we bought our first home in a very small town, we had a neighbor named Daryl. He watched us work on the house as we fixed it up. I mean, literally sat in a chair on his lawn and watched us!
And, as a form of encouragement would often say, " Well, David, I do believe y'er gaining on it!"
I always say that to myself now as we move through projects.
Anyway, we are gaining on this one.
