Cahill Land Management wrapped up this back yard transformation this week! 💪🏼

We turned this space into a clean, functional outdoor area by raising the grade to create a level surface for a future fire pit area. We also installed a bluestone paver walkway to the hot tub.

We came in and cleaned up the property making it ready for the next tenant. We removed all left over tools/trash, trimmed all the low hanging tree branches and sticker bushes, repaired the fence, w**d whacked the high grass, cut down small tree growth and trimmed the hedge out front and finally w**ded the front bed.

Before and after pictures from today! We trimmed all the shrubs, removed 10 shrubs, planted 5 new shrubs, removed all the mulch in the front of the house, installed a w**d barrier fabric, installed 3/4” MD stone for our repeat client.

🚜 Cahill Land Management’s first machine! Already put it to work after picking it up. The backhoe is coming next week. This was a huge step but wouldn’t be possible without the great clients I have and continue to earn.

✅ Walkway Completed!

Another project completed for a happy customer!

The homeowner needed a safer and more convenient way to access their front door when both vehicles were parked in the driveway. Our solution was to install a custom walkway that is both functional and enhances the curb appeal of the property.

For this project, we:
• Stripped the existing topsoil and properly graded the area.
• Installed heavy-duty landscape fabric to help prevent w**d growth.
• Carefully leveled and installed the paver walkway.
• Repurposed the client’s existing red decorative stone to create a clean, finished look while saving them money. (The client wanted to move the plant and finish the walkway closer to the house)
