NOW HIRING: Logistics & Warehouse Manager — Baytown, TX

We're looking for a logistics pro who knows how to move industrial freight fast and lead a team that gets it done right the first time.

At CTR, you're running a 100,000 sq ft operation that ships to refineries, petrochemical plants, and power generation facilities across North America — same day when it counts. You'll book carriers, negotiate rates, own our Quick Ship program, manage all inbound receiving, and handle multi-truckload project deliveries.

What you bring:
- 5+ years managing warehouse and shipping operations in manufacturing or industrial distribution
- Real-world experience with LTL, FTL, flatbed, and oversized freight
- ERP and shipping software proficiency
- Forklift cert or ability to certify
