Lots of ground water under this house so to help even more with water building up we popped a drain sleeve in to give it somewhere to go!! Out side is all clay.. water just sits.. I had to dig a small pond to keep water away from foundation to brick it up and seal it.. was an adventure!!

Got a love a failed wood foundation... All because the seam of plywood was flush to edge of the stud.well it had 1/8 inc...

Got a love a failed wood foundation... All because the seam of plywood was flush to edge of the stud.well it had 1/8 inch of stud.. you can see it in one pic.. ground weight allowed it to push in and fail.. it was only 20yrs old... Prob had a new guy saying yep it's close enough .. new deck coming soon!!

Finally able to complete our lil kitchen redo. Countertops got installed along with the sink and tile and shiplap panell...

Finally able to complete our lil kitchen redo. Countertops got installed along with the sink and tile and shiplap panelling along with some crowned trim above cabinets. Can't wait to see what it looks like when they paint it. Along with the live edge plank they had milled for the bar top they are sanding and finishing. I'll have pics when they are done and I get it Installed.

Put a few holes in a wall and chopped out some caibinets to change kitchen layout a little. Then rebuilt/modified/instal...

Lemme tell ya... Doing a driftwood effect stain over a red oak with red stain done probably well over 50yrs ago is not easy it was so dark!!!... I tried!! LOL six layers of sanding 2 coats of stain and 3 coats of polyurethane to get what ya see!!

I had to pour a slab over a poorly installed shower floor it was sloped over 1inch away from the drain so water pooled in corners.. sucks when a simple level to ensure a slope towards the drain could have prevented it all.. but problem solved!! Tiles were a pain to install due to style but it sure turned out perty!!
