Now THAT is an outdoor space! With just shy of 1,000 sq ft of elevated deck space, this rebuild was well worth it. From full blown holes in the decking, rotted falling handrails, and joists that were WAY over the code compliant span, these homeowners now have a deck built to last, and even a front porch for that early morning coffee. To top it off, the homeowners can fill the new planter boxes around the bottom with plenty of greenery. Check out the pictures at the end to see the before!

From old to new! We were able to tear this bathroom all the way down, getting rid of the bulky soffits and dealing with quite a few hidden issues with wiring and water intrusion. After we went through and completed it, the homeowner wanted a hand in the remodel as well, so they put a fresh coat of paint on the paneling along the bottom to really wrap this project up!

Nothing beats finishing the remodeling process and having the homeowner tell you “this genuinely feels like a new house”.

We went through and replaced the old tile with some new LVP, the old carpet, all the trim, patio door, some fresh paint, and some new blinds to completely update this living room and laundry area.
