Our team took the extra few minutes and stopped to help out some people in need in a busy intersection, we couldn't be more proud!!! Check out this cool story...

SETTING: turning from Euclid Ave on to the ever-busy one-way Thomas Street

PICTURE IF YOU WILL: Our dutiful Lead Pastor, Pastor Aaron, with a truck bed delivery of paper supplies including paper towels and toilet tissues, rounds the corner ready to re-stock our Practical Needs Pantry at the Great Lakes Dream Center.

When suddenly... the paper products decide it's time to be FREE! (I mean, we already hand them out for free at the pantry, but we're talking *breaking free* from the bed of his truck!)

SEVENTY PACKS of toilet paper and paper towels flying across the lanes... narrowly missing other vehicles... careening between wheels... bouncing into nearby yards and gutters!

Is all hope lost?

Alas - here are where our HEROES arrive and jump into action!

Bay City has so many GOOD NEIGHBORS, ready to help at the drop of ... your toilet paper!??

Thank you SO MUCH to the passerbys who, once Pastor Aaron had pulled over, helped him to retrieve the rascally runaway rolls and prison-breaking paper products! Among these heroes were our new friends American Pride Property Maintenance LLC. These kind souls saw our desperate need in a crazy situation, dropped what they were doing, and acted quickly to make sure we were able to get our precious paper items back to the pantry!

We couldn't be more thankful for you! ♥

🌿 Tri City Dragway Lawn — consider yourself ready for the Car Show! 😄🏁

This property has never looked better and we mean that. The American Pride crew put everything we had into the place this week and the finished product speaks for itself. Top to bottom, corner to corner — absolutely dialed in. 🇺🇸✂️

Did we run into a few bumps and mechanical issues along the way? Sure did. Did we let that stop us? Not even close. 💪

When the gates open tomorrow morning and thousands of car show fans walk onto those grounds — the grass is going to be just as impressive as the cars. 🚗😌🌱

Huge shoutout to the entire crew for pushing through today and finishing strong. This one meant something. 🙏🇺🇸

🏎️ Turns out the American Pride crew is just as competitive off the clock as we are on the job. 😂

We took the team and invited a couple of our partner lawn companies from Bay City, out to Extreme Indoor Kart Racing in Clio, Michigan and let's just say things got a little intense out there. 😄🔥

These are the people who show up every single week and give everything they've got for our Bay City and Essexville customers — they deserved a day of fun and they made the most of every single lap. 💪🇺🇸

Taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of your lawn. Happy crew, happy customers. 😌🌱

We'll be back on the mowers Monday — probably still trash talking each other about the race results. 😂✂️
