MidState Solution is now hiring! We are a growing business in Central Iowa looking for more concrete finishers in a variety of different jobs. We specialize in concrete and excavation. Our projects range from small sidewalks to roadways. We do municipal, commercial and residential concrete work.

Typical Projects:
-ADA Ramps
-Street Patching
-Trails/Sidewalks
-Parking Lots
-Residential Driveways

Job Duties:
-Concrete Forming
-Concrete Finishing
-General Laborer
-Skid-Loader/Excavator Operator

Requirements:
-Valid Driver's License
-18 Years or Older
-1 year concrete finishing experience
-Proficient machine operator

Pay Scale:
-$22-$26 Per Hour Starting
-50 Hours Per Week
-Health Insurance
-PTO
-Tools Provided
